Movin' on Up...!

Jones MansionAfter two years sharing space with our good friends at Simply Living in Clintonville, Local Matters has relocated to beautiful new digs in Olde Towne East. Our new home is the third floor of the historic W.H. Jones Mansion, located at East Broad & Parsons near several of the CDCFC Head Start sites at which we teach Food Is Elementary. The space features bright natural light, warm colors and gorgeous woodwork, and we feel very fortunate to have found such a gem!

To help us celebrate this new space, Local Matters invites you to our inaugural Open House event on April 8. Mark your calendars now - we look forward to hosting our community in an evening of good food, good company, and good conversation about our local food system. Stay tuned for details!

And finally, we'd be remiss to not thank the many volunteers who helped us transition to the new office.  We'd especially like to thank Randy Dupler of Dupler Office, Tyler Steele of Greenovate, and Karen Young of Keeping House and Home.  Without your support our move would have been oh-so-much more stressful!
