| Learn how to pressure-can green beans by doing it within the support of a group. All participants will play a part in helping to preserve the harvest. You just need to bring yourself, a snack if you’d like one, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take part in the “process.” You’ll leave with a few jars of green beans to take home. This class teaches pressure canning. The experience can easily transfer to preserving meats and other non-acid vegetables. Limited to 8 families per class. $25. |
