The restored and comfortably rustic 1840s log cabins create an open kitchen-dining room serving the most refined of American cuisine. Chat with the chef and enjoy a casual dining experience. Local and organic products are used whenever possible as well as herbs and edible flowers from the Inn's gardens. Overnight lodging is also available in the hotel, cottages and cabins on site.
A locavore is one who eats locally grown and raised produce and meats. On the Local Matters site, locavores give feedback about area restaurants who have shared a commitment to provide local food on their menus.
