The Fresh Connect restaurant guide is membership-based. Included restaurants commit to having two items on their menu from local farmers. Are you a restaurant that's ready to join the local food revolution? Here's what you need to do:

1.) Fill out the form.
2.) Confirm if you want to be a $50 or $150 member.
3.) Make a secure, annual payment via PayPal.
