April 21 | Free Hands-on Cooking Class at Linden Fresh Market
Learn how to make healthy meals through Local Matters’ hands-on cooking class in collaboration with Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Join us for a cooking class at Linden Fresh Market to strengthen your skills and try new foods; no cooking experience is required to attend. Learn tips and tricks from cooking class facilitators as they walk you through recipes step-by-step. Each session is interactive and hands-on. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, learn nutritional information, and enjoy your finished meal.
Capacity is limited, and all seats are free thanks to sponsorship from Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Center for Healthy Weight and Nutrition. Participation is first come, first served.
